2016 – The Bermuda Commercial Bank project was a 25,000 sq.ft internal refurbishment and complete facade renovation of the existing L.P. Gutteridge Building.

Cooper Gardner was responsible for architectural design, including all new glazing systems and a reconfigured accessible entrance, and interior design, excluding furniture and artwork.
